Pinwheel Software offers trial versions of its desktop software which may be used free of charge for the duration of the 10 Day Trial.
 
The purpose of this free evaluation period is to allow potential customers to evaluate the product prior to purchasing.

Unlike physical goods, software and software licenses can be easily duplicated. After a software product has been registered or licensed, it is not possible for Pinwheel Software to determine if all copies have been removed from a customer's computer or storage media.

Therefore, Pinwheel Software does not accept product returns or issue refunds on purchases.
